N D Tiwari's son Rohit Shekhar dead: Delhi cop

JUST IN: Deputy Commissioner of Police South Delhi Vijay Kumar said that Rohit Shekhar Tiwari, son of late former Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand chief minister N D Tiwari, has been brought dead to Max Hospital in Saket .

Further details are awaited.

After a four-year-long paternity suit, DNA test results released by the court in 2012 established that Rohit Shekhar was the biological son of N D Tiwari.

On May 14, 2014, Tiwari married Shekhar's mother Ujjwala Tiwari in a ceremony in Lucknow.

N D Tiwari died on his 93rd birthday on October 18, 2018 in New Delhi from multiple organ failure. -- with ANI inputs
