BJP won't succeed this time, says Cong-JDS staking claim

Siddaramaiah spoke first saying the Congress-JDS have staked claim to form government in Karnataka. He said the JDS will form government with Congress support and they have informed the governor about their decision. He said they should be legally allowed to form government since they have the numbers.  "BJP won't succeed this time," he said.

Kumaraswamy speaking now says Congress has extended support to the party.
