Maha farmers' protest march reaches Mumbai

All India Kisan Sabha's protest march reaches Mumbai.

According to reports, the marching farmers are at Eastern Express Highway and will protest outside the assembly tomorrow.

They camped at the Thane-Mumbai border this morning before heading for the KJ Somaiya Ground in Sion, Mumbai.

Over 30,000 farmers held the march from Nashik to Mumbai demanding a complete loan waiver among other demands.

The 180-km march commenced on March 5 from the CBS Chowk in Central Nashik. -- Agencies
