Key Congress meet on Jammu and Kashmir at former PM Dr Manmohan Singh's home. The party's Kashmir Committee is meeting with Dr Singh now. The Congress on Tuesday ruled out any tie-up with the PDP after the BJP pulled out of the ruling alliance in Jammu and Kashmir.

Senior Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad said yesterday that the BJP had committed a "Himalayan blunder" by forming a government with the PDP.

Kapil Sibal had added on Twitter that BJP's move to form the alliance with PDP and break the coalition government three years later were both "acts of political immorality'.
