TDP fell into YSRC trap: PM on no-trust motion
July 20, 2018  22:24
The PM now comes to the concerns of Telugu Desam Party, which brought the no-confidence motion. He first spoke on division of Andhra Pradesh:

"Atal ji created three states -- Uttarakhand, Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand. It was done peacefully. These states are prospering. The Congress divided Andhra Pradesh and their conduct then was shameful," he said.

"The NDA government is committed towards the development of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, but we're bound by the recommendations of 14th Finance Commission," he said.

"I want to tell the people of Andhra Pradesh that we will keep working for them. We will do everything possible for the development of AP," the PM said.

"When TDP withdrew from NDA, I spoke to Chandrababu Naidu. I told him that just because of your internal politics with the YSRCP you are doing this. You're falling into their trap," the PM said.
