Did Galla use the word 'cheater' for the PM?

Nirmala Sitharaman asks the Speaker to expunge the word musagadu in Telugu, which means 'cheater' used in reference to the PM, by Galla. She said it is not acceptable to use such words for the PM.

Speaker says if the word has been used it will be expunged.

Galla concludes his speech after the Speaker asks him several times.

BJP's Rakesh Singh now speaking.

It may be recalled that the BJP when in Opposition had called the then PM Dr Manmohan Singh 'chor' in Parliament in 2013.

Hurt over being targeted by BJP, Singh had asked the Chair, "Have you heard of any country where the Prime Minister is not allowed to introduce his council of ministers... Have you heard of Parliament in any country where the opposition shouts 'Prime Minister chor hai'. The type of things that have been said here...."
