Update on Thailand cave rescue operation:

Agencies quote an official saying that the rescue will take 2-3 days to complete.

The Guardian said, 'It has been five hours since the team of divers went in to the cave complex and they are now expected to be preparing the first and strongest of the team for the perilous underwater extraction'.

Thai media says that Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha will visit the rescue site tomorrow to oversee the rescue effort and meet with the families of the trapped boys.   -- Agencies
