UPDATE:Railway Minister Piyush Goyal to visit stampede site

Following the tragedy that took place at Mumbai's Elphinstone railway station, the Western Railways public relations officer has confirmed that Railway Minister Piyush Goyal will visit the stampede site.

"It's an unfortunate incident. Railway Min Piyush Goyal will definitely visit the site," he was quoted as saying to a news channel.

Meanwhile, reports are coming in that people are shouting slogans against the rail ministry.

Also, trains on the Western line are running 15 to 20 minutes late.
