9 ministers sworn in; portfolios likely to be announced by 11.30 am

As part of revamping his Cabinet, Prime Minister inducted nine new ministers and elevated four of his previous leaders -- Dharmendra Pradhan, Piyush Goyal, Nirmala Sitharaman and Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi -- to the rank of Cabinet ministers.

It is now learnt that the new portfolios will be announced by 11.30 am. Who will get Defence? Will it be Arun Jaitley who retains it or will Sushma Swaraj be the new Raksha Mantri? Will Suresh Prabhu remain as Railways minister?
