The son of a former constitutional authority was charged with sexual harassment a while ago. The father, a constitutional authority, held office for many years and recently demitted office.

The Delhi Police has found the copy of the FIR in this old case, which has now come very handy for the Union Government.

A section in BJP and the government feel that the FIR should be taken seriously as the father has been very critical of the functioning of the government.

If the son is questioned, the father will take it as a message from the government and pipe down. Will the case be taken to its logical conclusion?
