The All India Congress Committee is making every possible arrangement at the party headquarters at 24 Akbar Road to welcome its future president, Rahul Gandhi.  

Congress leaders now confess that Rahul Gandhi follows Vaastu and the Hindu almanac. In fact, three pandits close to the Gandhi family have chosen 11:37 am as the auspicious time for his ascendancy as the Congress party chief.

According to Rahul Gandhi's horoscope, 11:37 am has been chosen as all the nine planets are aligned which will bring cheer to the Congress in Gujarat.

So on December 4, Monday, at 11:37 am, senior leaders will go to the AICC and file their nomination.  Rahul Gandhi will also be present as he has to sign a paper owing allegience to socialism, secularism and unity in the AICC.

Rahul will submit his nomination papers to the Returning Officer of the AICC polls, M Ramachandran, a Lok Sabha MP and a close confidante of Sonia Gandhi. Ramachandran has been in the Congress for more than four decades.

Tthe Congress president's election starts on December 1 with the issue of the notification and start of nomination filing.
