Ouch! This witty ad by Air India will surely hurt IndiGo airlines.

IndiGo airline on Wednesday apologised to the government over a brawl between one of its ground staff and a passenger, but maintained that the employee was doing his work.

On Tuesday, a video showing an IndiGo staffer manhandling a passenger surfaced causing uproar. IndiGos president and director Aditya Ghosh apologised for the incident and said stern action was taken against an airline staff for manhandling the passenger.
