Four dead, hundreds affected in a boiler explosion at NTPC's Unchahar plant at Rae Bareli, says Superintendent of police Shivhari Meena. News agency ANI quoting the district magistrate reports that ash-pipe exploded due to pressure at the NTPC plant. The UP CM Yogi Adityanath has taken cognizance of the explosion and has directed the Principal Home Secretary to ensure all steps for rescue and relief. Rae Bareli is Congress president Sonia Gandhi's constituency. Details awaited.
