AIADMK ministers to meet Jaitley today

An AIADMK delegation led by M Thambidurai is meeting finance minister Arun Jaitley this evening assuring support to the BJP's presidential candidate. The meeting comes in the aftermath of the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi Palaniswami meeting PM Narendra Modi last week, ostensibly to seek the Centre's support for drought relief in the state. The AIADMK leaders who will meet Jaitley are MPs P Venugopal and A Navaneethakrishnan and state minister P Thangamani.
