Noida girl Raksha Gopal tops Central Board of Secondary Education Class XII exam with 99.6 per cent marks.

"I still can't believe the result, my aim was to do well, didn't expect to top," Raksha said.

Pass percentage in CBSE Class XII exam falls to 82 per cent from 83.05 per cent last year.
