Manchester attack: Relatives and friends have taken to social media to locate concert-goers who are missing in the aftermath of the bomb attack. Twitter and Facebook have been flooded with pictures of missing people -- many of them children -- as concerned and frightened relatives cannot get in touch with them. Facebook has also activated its 'safety check' feature to allow people in the area to let people know they are OK via social media.
