ICJ president Ronny Abraham reads out India's plea

Ronny Abraham, who is the president of the International Court of Justice, is a French academic and practitioner in the field of public international law who was elected to the International Court of Justice, to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of judge and former President Gilbert Guillaume.

The court is now hearing India's appeal.
