Sacked Aam Aadmi Party minister Kapil Mishra has refuted claims by the party that he is acting at the behest of the BJP against Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal.

Holding a quick press conference in the national capital, Mishra said, "Saying I am colluding with the BJP is baseless. Everyone knows I have been the most vocal critic of the BJP and Modi-ji in AAP. I am not a BJP agent."

Challenging the AAP leaders to expel him from the party, he said he would never quit the party. There is a AAP PAC meeting at 7 pm. I challenge them to expel me from the party. I have been getting threat calls and messages on my phone," he said.

"Tomorrow I have got an appointment with the CBI at 11.30 am. I will officially lodge an FIR and be present as a witness.  Let files and documents of all ministers be made public, then we shall see who should be suspended.

He said election funding was misused during the Punjab elections by the AAP and there was rampant corruption during the Punjab polls.

Mishra has alleged that Kejriwal took Rs 2 crore bribe in cash in front of him from AAP minister Satyendra Jain accused by CBI of money laundering.
