I've witnessed 'HIM' taking illegal cash: Kapil Mishra's stunning allegation

The sacked Delhi minister, Kapil Mishra, on Sunday alleged that he had seen 'HIM' accepting illegal cash adding that he shared every single detail with the LG Anil Baijal.

Mishra, whos expected to address media around noon, tweeted, I have witnessed HIM taking illegal cash... Have shared all details with Lt Gov. It was impossible to remain silent even if I had to sacrifice my life, not just my ministry.

Mishra, who was the tourism and water minister in Arvind Kejriwals Delhi cabinet, was removed from his post on Saturday. He was also been removed from the chairman of Delhi Jal Board.
