PM Modi to visit Washington later this year

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Washington later this year and US President Donald Trump looks forward to hosting him, White House said on Tuesday in an indication of the continuing bonhomie between the two nations under the new administration. The White House said Trump spoke with Modi to congratulate him on the outcome of recent state-level elections. Trump expressed support for Modi's economic reform agenda.
