Delhi Police has registered an FIR against slap-happy Shiv Sena MP Ravindra Gaikwad on a complaint by Air India and its staff member.

Earlier, Gaikwad had filed a complaint with the Delhi Police against Air India, saying he was made to travel by Air India on Economy class even though he had business class ticket. The complaint also said he was pushed and yelled at.

He's just missed the 6 pm Rajdhani unless he finds a place in one of the midnight international flights from Delhi to Mumbai.

On Thursday, March 23, Shiv Sena MP Ravindra Gaikwad hit an elderly Air India officer with his sandal in a brazen burst of fury over being unable to travel business class despite having insisted on boarding an all-economy flight.

The incident occurred after Gaikwad refused to disembark at Delhi airport.

The MP turned violent, broke the duty manager's spectacles, tore his shirt, hit him with his slipper 16 or 17 times, Air India sources said.
