UK Parliament attack: What we know so far:

- A police officer has been stabbed at the Houses of Parliament

- A car has crashed into railings at the perimeter of the Palace of Westminster

- At least four, possibly as many as 12 people, have been injured

- Police say they are treating the incident as terrorism until they know otherwise

- Witnesses reported seeing several people "mowed down" by a vehicle on Westminster Bridge

- The House of Commons was suspended after the attack

- Theresa May, British PM, was rushed to a safe location. She was at the Parliament at the time of the attack.

- Transport for London said Westminster underground station has been shut
