DMK MLAs evicted from TN Assembly, Stalin detained

DMK members were evicted en masse from the Tamil Nadu assembly over a horsetrading issue ahead of the February 18 trust vote. The TN police detained Stalin, DMK MLAs for protesting outside the Assembly.

Stalin wanted MLAs to discuss a "sting" aired recently on private TV channels that shows some members of the ruling AIADMK discussing how much money they were offered for a crucial trust vote in February that allowed E Palaniswami to remain Chief Minister.
