JUST IN: Maharashtra government announces complete loan waiver to farmers, will form a committee to decide criteria to waive off loans.

Maharashtra farmers have been agitating with a seven-point, including loan waiver.

The protesters had, two days ago, threatened to intensify their agitation if the Maharashtra government fails to meet their demands by June 12. -- ANI
