Nitish Kumar wins Bihar floor test

Chief Minister Nitish Kumar is now speaking in the Bihar Assembly. He is saying this government will focus only on development. The mandate was not for amassing benami properties, the CM says. "The RJD ignored our party. The mandate was for a transparent, corruption-free government. No one can lecture me on secularism. I know what I am doing. I will not support anyone amassing personal wealth by using political power. It was impossible for me to continue with the arrangement. This is a mandate for janta ka sewa. The people gave a mandate to serve the people."
