4 non-BJP states ask SC to declare privacy as Fundamental Right

Four non-BJP ruled states including Karnataka and Punjab move the Supreme Court in support of Right to Privacy to be declared as a Fundamental Right.   

Besides Karnataka and Punjab, Trinamool Congress-ruled West Bengal and Congress-led Puducherry also move the SC in favour of Right to Privacy.
