President, President-elect head to Parliament House

President-elect Ram Nath Kovind meets Pranab Mukherjee at Rashtrapati Bhavan. On the extreme left is Mrs Kovind. President Pranab Mukherjee is now giving Kovind a guided tour of Rashtrapati Bhavan where he has made many welcome changes. The President and President-elect are now headed to Parliament House. They will drive down to Parliament House. This is Pranab Mukherjee's last public appearance as the President of the nation.

Both Houses of Parliament have been adjourned till 2 pm to enable members participate in the swearing-in ceremony of the President. The vice-president, PM, MPs and CMs will be at the ceremony.
