Vaghela not expelled: Congress

Curiouser and curiouser. RS Surjewala of the Congress now says no action was taken against Shankersinh Vaghela nor was he expelled. "These are baseless arguments. Its his decision," Surjewala said.
Vaghela also changed his stance saying he quit the party but had earlier maintained that the Congress had expelled him.
