Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi is addressing a rally in Majithia, Punjab where the party will be launching a mega offensive against the Badals. Rahul announced that Capt Amarinder Singh will be the next Punjab CM.


Rahul is on a three-day electioneering tour, the highlights of which will be joint public rallies with leaders Captain Amarinder Singh and Navjot Singh Sidhu in Majitha, Jalalabad and Lambi. "Whenever a farmer sees clouds (badal), he becomes happy that there will be rain and his crops will be good, but Badals don't give rain in Punjab.
