Akhilesh releases SP manifesto. Father and uncle Shivpal not present

Samajwadi Party chief and UP CM Akhilesh Yadav releases the manifesto ahead of the assembly polls. Interestingly enough, Akhilesh's father Mulayam and uncle Shivpal are noticably absent from the event.

Here are the highlights of the SP's manifesto:

-- Ensuring conducive atmosphere for Muslims and protect their right to religious practices

-- Air ambulance at Lucknow airport

-- 24-hour power supply in rural areas

-- 1 crore women to get Rs 1,000 monthly pension

-- Women to pay 50% fare while travelling in buses
