Goodbye, Om Puri

Acting legend Om Puri passed into the ages on January 6 at his residence in Mumbai. His prayer service, was conducted by former wife Seema Kapoor as well as his estranged wife Nandita Puri, at two locations. While Seema held the prayer service at a gurudwara in Four Bungalows (in Andheri, a western suburb of Mumbai), Nandita organised it at the ISKCON temple in Juhu, just a few kilometers away, and it was attended by several of Om's friends from the film fraternity.
