Another cop shot dead in US, this time in Orlando

Orlando police officer Sergeant Debra Clayton, a mother of two, was shot dead by a suspected murderer on Monday night, the latest in the series of attacks on the police force in the United States.

The killing triggered off a manhunt for the suspect, in which a sheriff was killed in a motorcycle crash, reports said.

Debra Clayton was trying to attempt a murder suspect when she was gunned down.
