Trump threatens Berkeley university with withdrawal of funds

The US President reacts to the violence at the University of Berkeley campus in protest over a scheduled speech by controversial Breitbart editor Milo Yiannopoulos. The event had to be called off, and the university said fires were set, including one caused by a firebomb that ignited a generator-powered spotlight

Trump tweeted a warning/threat to the university students: Donald J. Trump @realDonaldTrump If U.C. Berkeley does not allow free speech and practices violence on innocent people with a different point of view - NO FEDERAL FUNDS?

The comment ends with a question mark, but it's anybodies guess when it changes to a full stop.
