Prime Minister Narendra Modi to dedicate to the nation, the naval submarine INS Kalvari in Mumbai tomorrow. INS Kalvari is a diesel-electric attack submarine that has been built for the Indian Navy by Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited.
