Special CBI Judge Jagdeep Singh has allotted 10 minutes each to both sides to put forth their arguments. A teary-eyed Ram Rahim Singh appeals for clemency as arguments are being heard in the CBI courtroom, says ABP News.

Defence argues that Ram Rahim is a social worker who has worked for the welfare of people, so the judge should take a lenient view.
