Vishal Sikka steps down as MD, CEO of Infosys

Vishal Sikka steps down as managing director and Chief Executive Officer of Infosys, reports CNN IBN. He has been appointed vice-chairman of the company, while a panel has been formed for finalising a new CEO. Infosys appoints U B Pravin Rao as Interim-Managing Director and CEO. The changes come into effect immediately. Details awaited.
