by a set of lawyers hired by a set of accused, giving clean chit to the accused. Will reply to allegations in right manner, right forum and at an appropriate time," the Infosys co-founder said on the board's charges.

"I voluntarily left the board in 2014. Only concern is deteriorating standards of corportate governance," he said.

In a scathing attack on NR Narayana Murthy, the Infosys Board on Friday blamed his "continuous assault" as the primary reason for CEO Vishal Sikka quitting the company and ruled out a formal role for the co-founder in the company's governance.
