Gujarat RS poll: EC order on couting of votes shortly

Update on Gujarat Rajya Sabha poll.

The Election Commission will convey an order on counting of votes to Returning Officer at 11.30 pm.

Meanwhile, a Congress delegation visited the EC for the fourth time.
