EC officials didn't meet Congress, BJP delegations

JUST IN: The Election Commission officials did not meet the delegations of the Congress and the Bharatiya Janata Party for the third time.

Officials are in a closed-door meeting right now and a decision is expected tonight.

Union minister Piyush Goyal, who was in the BJP delegation visiting the EC office for the third time, said, "It is a complete sham that Congress is indulging in, the allegations are completely baseless."

Union minister Dharmendra Pradhan, who was also a member of the delegation, said, "We are confident about EC's judgement, they'll be giving opining on counting soon."

Another member of the delegation Union minister Nirmala Sitharaman said 'we want electoral process to be completed and counting to begin'. -- ANI
