Man who failed to buy Sahara hotel sent to jail

Chennai-based Prakash Swamy, who had filed affidavit on a firm's behalf intending to buy Sahara's New York hotel, fails to deposit Rs 10 cr as per last order. The SC orders Swamy's arrest. He will be in jail for one month for contempt of court.
