It was 'that mad man's' fault, why should I apologise: Gaikwad

Shiv Sena MP Ravindra Gaikwad has refused to to tender an apology to Air India or the staffer he attacked with slippers. Rather, he blamed the AI official for the incident and also called him 'mad'.
He said seven times tickets were booked in his name.
"I did not do it. Who did? I have raised this issue in the Parliament," he said.
"Vo aadmi pagal hai, uske khilaaf aise 8 cases hain jhagda karne ke (that man (AI official) is mad. There are eight cases of assault pending against him)," Gaikwad said.
The national carrier had lifted a ban on Gaikwad yesterday. -- ANI
