Pakistan is a terrorist state, it should be isolated: Rajnath

Calling Pakistan as a terrorist state, Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Sunday appealed to isolate the neighbouring country.

"Pakistan is a terrorist state and it should be isolated,' Singh said.

Rajnath also said that he is deeply disappointed with Pakistan's continued and direct support to terrorism and terrorist groups.

"There are definite and conclusive indications that perpetrators of Uri attack were highly trained, heavily armed and specially equipped,' he said.

Heavily armed terrorists stormed a battalion headquarters of the army in North Kashmir's Uri town in the wee hours on Sunday, killing 17 jawans and injuring 19 other personnel in the terror strike in which four terrorists were neutralised.
