4 policemen injured in IED blast in northwest Pakistan

At least four policemen were injured today when an IED blast hit their van in this northwestern city of Pakistan.

The incident occurred in Karakar mountains connecting Swat district with Buner district.

The miscreants exploded the remote control device when the police van on routine patrolling reached at the spot, police said.

The blast damaged the vehicle.

The security personnel cordoned off the entire area and launched investigation into the matter.
