Kapil Sharma was served notice over office by BMC

Allegations of bribe by Kapil Sharma has now backfired against him as the comedian-actor is now accused of illegally constructing a commercial property in a residential area in Versova regarding which a notice was sent by the civic body to him in July.

In the notice sent in July, the civic body had warned the entertainer against illegal structures being built at his office.

Sharma was asked to produce proof within 24 hours that he had permission for the construction. The civic body warned that the illegal structure would be removed if he didn't respond.
