Sushma Swaraj admits she's powerless -- over errant husbands

External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj has gained the reputation of being a problem solver on Twitter with her quick responses to distraught citizens. But on Wednesday, when a distressed Indian came knocking on her Twitter wall for help, Sushma Swaraj admitted that she had no power to help her over her errant husband.

An Indian woman, who according to her Twitter account stays in Kuwait, tweeted Sushma claiming that her husband was cheating on her and wanted to abandon her for a Thai woman.

The woman, who goes by the name Sujatha, claimed that she was in Delhi for the funeral of her mother and she found out that her husband told her son about his plans to leave her while she was heading back to Kuwait.

When I was returning to Kuwait after my mom's funeral, my husband sends a selfie of a woman hugging him closely to my son, said her tweet.

Then he tells my son that he's gonna dump me for her. I returned to Kuwait. Saw the erotic chats and porn videos in his phone with her, said another tweet.

She appealed to Swaraj to help her track the Thai woman, who was also in India and even shared the womans number on the social media platform.

However, Swaraj replied to her saying she could not help her in the matter.

Sujatha - All my sympathies are with you. Unfortunately, I have no power to punish or reform such errant husbands, Swaraj tweeted.
