4 MHA officials suspended for renewing licences to Zakir Naik's NGO

JUST IN: 4 officials from the ministry of home affairs have been suspended for irregularities related to the renewal of licences to Zakir Naik's NGO under the Foreign Contribution Regulation Act.

Controversial Islamic preacher Zakir Naik is facing multiple probes over his alleged provocative speeches, particularly after one of the slain attackers of the terrorist attack in Dhaka, 22-year-old Rohan Imtiaz quoted Naik in a Facebook post in January this year where he urged "all Muslims to be terrorists".
