Rocky Yadav, son of suspended JD(U) MLC Manorama Devi and accused of killing teenager Aditya Sachdeva was granted bail by the Patna High Court.

In the Gaya road rage case, accused Rocky Yadav, son of JD(U) MLC Manorama Devi and dreaded gangster Bindi Yadav, had gunned down 16-year-old Aditya Sachdeva who had allegedly overtaken Rocky's SUV while he was coming back home from a birthday party.

When Aditya and his friends had overtaken Rocky's SUV, an angry Rocky chased them and then gunned down Aditya.

Shyam Sundar, Aditya's father reacted saying, "Very bad day for Bihar, I appeal to the government to take some measures to save Bihar from jungle raj."

Rocky Yadav's MLC mother Manorama Devi and gangster father Bindi Yadav were also arrested, but were also released on bail earlier.

Adityas mother, Chand Sachdeva told Mohammed Khan/Rediff.com: "How can a murderer, who confessed to his crime and was denied bail by a lower court be granted bail?  The Patna High Court should explain on what basis Rocky was granted bail."
