PM, army chief discuss security issues

The meeting on Monday was the first one between Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and the army chief since the Oct 14 corps commanders conference when the military expressed what was described by the ISPR as serious concern over feeding of false and fabricated story of an important security meeting held at PM House and viewed it as breach of national security.
