Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Wednesday praised slain Hizbul Mujahideen commander Burhan Wani in the Parliament.

Addressing a joint session of Parliament, Nawaz said Burhan Wani's sacrifice has brought Kashmir movement to a defining moment.

"We are trying everything possible to bring India on the table of talks. The region is in danger due to Indian attitude," Sharif said.

"India has resorted to false allegations on Pakistan to suppress Kashmirs freedom movement," he added.

Playing victim card, Sharif said that Pakistan is the biggest state who is the victim of terrorism.

"We're against war, we want peace and want to resolve all issues including Kashmir peacefully," said Sharif.
