PDP 'sympathiser' of terrorists: Mishra

Delhi minister Kapil Mishra today alleged that the PDP is a "sympathiser" of terrorists and wondered why the BJP was in alliance with such a party in Jammu and Kashmir.

His remarks came a time when his party was facing heat from the BJP for remarks of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal about the surgical strikes.

"Mehbooba Mufti and PDP are sympathisers of terrorists... Allowing them to occupy the chair is betrayal...," the Delhi Tourism Minister said.

He also sought to know whether Mehbooba considers slain militant Burhan Wani and executed Parliament attack convict Afzal Guru as terrorists.

Referring to the JNU event in which the varsity's student union leader Kanhaiya was arrested, Mishra claimed that some Kashmiri students shouted slogans in support of Guru and against the country.
